Who is on your business advice team?

Do you ever feel like you just don’t have the time to sit down and analyze and understand the key metrics and numbers going on in your business?

Many business owners and entrepreneurs are so focused on keeping their businesses alive, that they just don’t have the time to collate, analyze and understand what’s going on. And they don’t understand what questions they should be asking of themselves of what they’re looking for.

It’s really, really important that you surround yourself with a team of people who understand this.

The best outcomes happen when you have expert people in different areas to help in your business. Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, Systems, IT, Sales and the list goes on. You can't be good at everything, none of us can!

So my question to you is:

Who’s on your business team?

Who’s giving you the information, who’s helping you interpret it and make your decisions?

Who’s the person where you can pick up the phone and ask a quick question and not feel like you’re going to get charged?

Because if you don’t have that in business these days, you’re going to struggle, and you’re doing it the hard way. You don’t need to do it the hard way. We’ve never had so much support and help in business available to us.

I’ve been in business since 2006 and I remember, coaches and mentors and the like, when I first started a business, were NOT the norm. But now you are spoiled for choice.

So who’s on your team? Who’s giving you the advice? Who’s the go-to person where you can make the call, discuss something, and understand the impact of your decisions. Who’s the person that can quickly interpret what you want to do and what’s the financial impact, the emotional impact, the general business impact of what you’re trying to achieve. The person to help you get perspective, help push you, or ask you the right questions?

Don’t make being in business harder than it needs to be.
